Brush, Floss, Rinse, Repeat

Cut Out the Sugar
This is where things start getting a little difficult. Sugary foods and drinks can taste amazing. But when consumed in excess, they’re very bad for your body. They not only eat away at your teeth, but they can affect weight, blood-pressure, energy levels, and more.
The more you can reduce your sugar intake, the better your overall health will be.

Don’t Use Tobacco
